This process enables the group to come to a common vision and create a "participant-owned" plan that deals with the realities blocking the group. Your group will: clearly articulate a vision that integrates multiple dimensions; identify the personal, group, organizational and environmental realities and barriers blocking progress towards the vision; establish creative and innovative strategies to overcome the barriers and move towards the vision; establish and schedule execution steps to implement the strategies.

Dispute Resolution

We offer several levels of dispute resolution as an alternative to difficult personnel actions and costly litigation. Using a mediation model, we help to help bring about resolutions to many seemingly intractable situations.
