Facilitating Conciliation:
Beyond Conflict Resolution

  • Old Sacramento, CA
  • 2008 dates TBA
Our society is crying for alternatives to the adversarial approach of dealing with disputes. Resolving conflict with a different form of conflict does not always work. Negotiating from bases of power and fixed positions can deepen the divide, and expand the problem. The best and most lasting solutions and resolutions are those created by the people directly involved.
